People expect that to mean information will be declassified or otherwise released that will be so embarrassing or catastrophic to many politicians and other derps that they will off themselves to avoid the consequences of the reveals. It could also mean that they will be ordered to off themselves to keep them from revealing even more damaging information.

This was learned about on Christmas and there is much behind the scenes work on how to proceed. Have a listen!.......
