Anyone notice that the President’s podium is covered in a blue blanket?

I don’t recall ever seeing that before

I wonder if it was sanitized then covered? There were comments made that the chynavirus infection of the POTUS was intentional.

Or...there’s a surprise message to be revealed under that blanket?
