It’s interesting. The exact time he saw the signal, he stopped talking, then turned around and struggled to gather his thoughts. Commenter on the twit thread said it is Thune of SD. Another says Marshall from Kansas.
I agree. I mean I’ve innocently done that with my hands before - never knowing that it had some Illuminati meaning to it. But I don’t think you can call this innocent. It was too deliberate, and McConnell’s behavior definitely appeared to have changed once he saw the signal.
