Very interesting. I signed up for Parler and Gab about 24 hours ago and have yet to receive a confirmation email from either. Are they that overloaded with signups?

Heard GAB is reporting “maintenance” issues tonight. And yes, they are both being flocked to by people leaving the mainstream social media.

Yep...both of em last night. And probably GAB tonight.
I read somewhere over there that GAB was being hit with over 7000 sign-ups/min. Gotta be overwhelming even if you’re somewhat prepared.

I signed up to Parler this afternoon. Received a confirmation email just seconds afterwards.

I signed up on Gab yesterday with my Mac -- and am up and running -- no problem.

Parler seemed to like phones instead of computers; now I'm almost glad I never got signed on.

Parler is overwhelmed right now and GAB has been difficult for a lot of people even in the best conditions.
