People who lived before the Great Flood would not have lived so darned long if they hadn't had eyeglasses. Of course, eyeglasses haven't changed much since...well, except perhaps for changes in style.;-)

the design and underlying physics of today's optical lenses haven't changed much in about 3,000 years. This is so false that it is unbelievable that someone would say something so stupid.
