Just to keep this thread going, and because I find it highly entertaining, Nully, I’m going to turn you into the mods if you don’t add me to your nut job conspiracy list.

And BTW, in case you don’t think I have the credentials, I was actually visited today by the FBI and a Federal Marshall. They said an anonymous informant had told the FBI that I had been on the grounds of the Capitol on January 6th for the Great Erection 2021™. Since I have made no secret of the fact that i was indeed at the rally, but NOT part of the Great Erection 2021™, I simply told them “I was not, I was at the Rally, but not the riot.”

They said “That’s all we wanted to know, thank you very much.” They would have left, but we engaged them. They were VERY friendly and sympathetic.
They said they were getting quite a lot of calls from people turning in their neighbors anonymously. Also, many people who were accused said they hadn’t left New Mexico in two years.

Well, they played with the dogs and shot the breeze for about 15 minutes They said driving up out of town into the mountains was a welcome break from the drudgery. Then they left. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.
