Parents are more worried about their sons’ futures than their daughters’.
Boys have fallen far behind girls academically. Our school system increasingly favors female traits and doesn’t respect boys’ unique style of learning, which only leads to the expansion of the education gender gap. Research also now shows that boys are more at risk of struggling and falling behind because of remote learning during the COVID pandemic.
Shouldn’t we be adequately preparing ALL children for the future?
Scholarships and programs disproportionately favor girls. Research shows that 92% of sex-specific scholarships are reserved for women, when 58.6% of college students are already female, and females earn the majority of associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s, AND doctorate degrees! We’re watching boys fall far behind, and rather than DO something to encourage boys, we tell them they’re “the problem” while tripling down on “girl power!”.

Stopping H-1B work visa and its ruinous effects on STEM careers would be the BEST thing for all workers especially “boys” who gravitate toward math.
This trend has been obvious for many years.
If the public schools ever do reopen, look at most of the Back To School advertisements. Most of them show girls looking at new stationery or new clothing.
Only rarely do any store posters depict boys or young men ready to buy their stationery or their school clothes.
Even more rare, are ads showing white young men.
What does that silently imply to most kids?
It may suggest to them that going to school or even wanting to be in school is mostly something girls do.
It may suggest to them that white boys are not expected or even wanted in most schools. Why spread such poisonous, negative concepts?
That attitude will not help the boys at all.

Why yes we should. But the education system in our country is quite frankly a disaster, certainly on the public side, the private side maybe a little less. And at the university level? Oy!
Stigmatize them and treat them like crap for a generation or two and things like this happen...
Find a good church (I’d use the 9Marks locator) and bring that boy up in the admonition of the Lord.

That’s a thought. And imagine how many more engineereing jobs we’d have if we brought all manufacturing back to America.
If the boys are academically gifted, be careful about where they go to college, and have them live off-campus, if possible.
If they are either not exceptional academically or not inclined personally towards the degree, there are trades that cannot be exported, that can make good money (e.g. plumber, electrician). My son does not take to academics, but he wants to operate cranes when he is an adult. The pay can go quite high if you are skilled, girls don’t want those jobs, and in fact with all the young men being steered towards colleges, not a lot of boys go for that right off the bat.
Also, less political correctness than in other fields.
The best thing that could happen to the USA in education, is for our government run / union taught school system to die. Rebuild with a combo home-school and private school system. Fire all union teachers, and give the existing school buildings to private , including, but not limited to religious groups.

Good ideas. Also, it should not be so easy to sue a private or charter school for following their expressed philosophies of instruction. With only rare exceptions, once a parent agrees to put their kid in that school, you take what you paid for.
Don’t go trying to change what made the school attractive in the first place.
No suing because Junior has to keep his hair cut short.
No suing because Susie won’t stop disrupting the teachers in class, so she was moved to an “Alternative Schoolroom”.
The list of personal gripes goes on and on..

And that will solve the H1B and imported labor problem how exactly?
Boys see no future in fields they traditionally go into. Not every boy wants to turn a wrench or do blue-collar work. I sure in the hell never wanted to.

There has been a war against males (white males) for decades...
The communists are hell bent on weakening males because countries are easier to take over that way.
