There ere have been times in history when men DID wear makeup of one sort or another.
The ancient Egyptian men did, especially eye makeup; and it was common among 18th Century men in the West. George Washington probably wore powder and rouge (not to mention a wig.)
Soon after the Revolution, makeup fell out of fashion for both men and women.
(I’ve had Indian men offer to gift me with kajal (kohl), in recent years. It’s used commonly there and is apparently a popular gift, originally believed to protect both medically and magically.)

We saw a male today wearing Uggs we were at a rest stop on I-10 west. Niece says that man is wearing Ugg’s and it’s 82 out. I said that’s not a man. Men don’t wear Ugg’s. 🤣
