On Monday, some DNS record - *somewhere* - changed; or some DNS server, somewhere, changed; or, some digital certificate might have changed; or, some combination of such changes.
Among the original three addresses, listed above, one or two of those might have still worked somehow . . . until Monday, yesterday.
*That change* of status, might change again; but, maybe not.
What I wrote in reply 48, aimed to help people resolve the matter (for now).
Throughout yesterday and today (Tuesday, 03/16/2021), it seems to me at least, that there is some lingering DNS problem and/or the host for freerepublic.com, is having trouble.

i guess what i was asking was, since we’re all not having problems, our DNS addy must have updated automatically? I didn’t have to input anything into my dns log- or whatever it’s called-
