They were outta bidness before I was able to get my act together.

I think they should restart.

Heh...indeed.

I have never purchased any, because the price is far too rich for me, but...for my birthday some years ago, my wonderful wife got some foul weather gear from them, and it is lightweight and nice.

I would never purchase it myself, but...as a gift, it was an extravagant one for sure...:)

I like how this CEO faced the problem head on with a fight.

We have seen how important public image is to these companies. This is what fuels virtual signaling. This can also be their achilles heel.

Thank you...as I was writing it, I could just hear the reasonable, soft voices of Sowell or Friedman...

They’re rich and liberal which means they never think about what they believe because...they rarely have to.

Adam Anderson, the CEO of Innovex Downhole Solutions should start the North Slope brand.

Or Brass Ball Cold Weather Solutions.

so buy jackets from someone else.....money talks

So does slapping the North Face retards upside the head with their own hypocrisy. Needs to happen a lot more.

But I agree, having so publicly kicked NF in the nuts and dropped the mic, buy from a competitor.

Try Filson or Duckworth. There are any number of quality coat manufacturers who sell real wool coats - no plastic.
Don’t be lazy, do some research.

I figure that if I’m going to drop that kind of coin, I’ll drop it on Filson. Ive got a packer coat and a rancher coat that are 20+ years old and they’re damn near indestructible. And comfortable.

There are other very good companies that even have better products and are not woke. I am just one person but I never buy from a-hole woke-tards. I feel bad for the employees because I would assume most are not virtue signaling fidiots and just want to make a living making and selling a product. Lastly on a side note, these products are mostly made by modern slave labor anyway.

The internal combustion engine has done more to clean up the environment than anything I can think of. Before the widespread use of petroleum, mountains of horsecrap fowled our water supply and contributed to typhoid epidemics.

I thought it was “South Butte”? Regardless, that taught me everything I needed to know about “North Face”.

Yep. leftists don’t realize how much oil products contribute to so many things in life. Had a pole one time asking what’s more important, Data, some other things and Oil. Overwhelming winner was Data. I made the argument without Oil data essentially would be meaningless.
