There is a BIG difference between an absolute monarchy and a CONSTITUTIONAL monarchy. In case you weren’t aware, the UK is the latter.

‘such a form of government’? The flaw in your rhetoric is the apparent belief that the British monarch still ‘governs’. The monarchy hasn’t governed for a good few centuries now. Parliament, not the Head of State, is sovereign.
Tradition is important in any society, and that’s theirs. The Brits love their monarchy so let them have it. It’s not our business.
