I hope he wins a good settlement. I warned the local Dunkin that their coffee was scalding hot. They said it is corporate policy to serve it that hot. 40 years ago their coffee was great.

The issue isn’t that the coffee is hot...it’s that the cup wasn’t secured properly and served to him in a safe manner.
