The suspect is dead right? Btw, ya see the word, "likely" above? And people on their way out can move, caused by nerves, reflexes etc, and sometimes they can even take a couple breaths before lights out. Split hairs much?

He wasn't "likely" dead if one cop is telling the other that he's still alive; the cops would be well aware of these factors you describe.

But I understand that it's the norm here to comment on a video without actually watching it; I'm learning to lower my expectations.
