The beefsteak and the stew were the worst, smelled just like Alpo when opened. A half bottle of Tabasco and heated over a wad of C4 helped a lot.

I worked with a guy who ran a small gold mine in Arizona. Said he had an itinerant welder who lived in his own car and mixed Alpo with Kraft Mac 'n Cheese to "make a good casserole".
