I take these threats immensely seriously. As a repeated target of violence, it is reprehensible that Twitter allows C-list celebrities to encourage violence against me and my family.

They’re more likely to ban Rand, for writing the hateful phrase “C-list celebrity”. And maybe recruit an official Corporate Fact Checker and Oracle of Truth to declare that there’s no proof that this celebrity is on a C-list.

Normally, yes. Especially with death threats. AFAIK, that's a felony in all 50 states.
What the C-list slimeballs hide behind is that it's generally considered "protected speech" to say "Someone SHOULD kill you". However, saying you WILL kill someone is prosecutable. It's an asinine little nuance, but one that (so far, anyway) C-listers and other Leftists have used to great effect.
