Dominion Voting Systems has blamed "human error" on the bombshell discovery that its machines were failing to display Republican ballots in a Pennsylvania county. The executive vice president of operations at Dominion, Nicole Nollette, concluded the reasons in a special meeting held by the Luzerne County volunteer election board, the Times Leader reported.

This was the May 18th primary. Republican party primary ballots had Democrat printed as the ballot header on the voter screen, although the candidates were all Republicans. Same thing with Democrat primary ballots had Republican as the header.
Very strange that these errors, crashes and gltches always seem to favor the demonrats.

Correction: On further parsing of the original news article, it appears that Democrats who complained either received Republican ballots on request or by mistake.
Yes, only Republican ballots very effected by human error. I can also understand how 30,000 fake ballots in Fulton County were all marked for Biden. I can understand how 17,000 votes for Trump were switched to Biden in Maricopa County.
It all makes perfect sense to me that all voting anomalies always favor the Democrat party and candidates. It’s makes perfect sense if the election was stolen. Otherwise the odds against it happening are insurmountable.

How come all these “human errors”, “mistakes”, and “glitches” only affect republicans or conservatives they never affect even the most raving radicals on the left.
Whether its “folds” on the ballot in New Hampshire or “human error” in Antrim County, Michigan or now in Pennsylvania isn’t it just amazing how all these “errors” only ever go in one direction?

Corrupt State agencies can produce genuine fakes so all you could catch with that scheme is a few ignoramuses that don't have access to government equipment. Once a crooked government is in power they can never be removed with ballots. That is an observable fact in many places around the world.
It will still catch every one else.
To prevent a corrupt agency from coming to power, you need checks and balances. Give a different agency surveilance authority and a different agency security responsibility.
Have law enforcement trained on election laws and observing elections in highly contested areas. Make sure the laws have penalties. And that officers are willing to make arrests.
“Adjudication” and stopping the vote counting. ... election fraud on a grand scale?
