Scanners have been around since I was in elementary school.
Are these people really trying to say that after 50 years they cannot idiot proof them?
That they have not perfected them?
The company that makes these and the simpletons who buy them are criminally stupid

They have perfected them to do what they want them to do recall how many stores are still getting busted for over charges and scanner can be programed.
Just look at all the devices getting hacked on the internet most foul indeed.
