How Bill Gates Funded NGO PATH Killed Tribal Girls In India In Unauthorised Clinical Trials

We’ve seen a lot of India in the news recently. A lot more than we usually do. There’s an apocalypse of sorts going on there, if the popular media is to be believed. But as is often the case, these reports are devoid of any context or perspective. While the world’s media can’t get enough of India today, in its rush to support a narrative of terror about Covid-19, twelve years ago when there was a real story going on there, the world’s media was nowhere to be seen.

The Unauthorised Clinical Trials

In 2009, a Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) funded NGO carried out unauthorised clinical trials of a vaccine on some of the poorest, most vulnerable children in the world. It did so without providing information about the risks involved, without the informed consent of the children or their parents and without even declaring that it was conducting a clinical trial.

After vaccination, many of the participating children became ill and seven of them died. Such were the findings of a parliamentary committee charged with investigating this wretched affair. The committee accused the NGO of “child abuse” and produced a raft of evidence to back up its claim. This entire incident barely registered on the radar of Western media.

PATH (formerly the Program for Appropriate Technology in Health) is a Seattle based NGO, heavily funded by BMGF but which also receives significant grants from the US government. Between 1995 and the time of writing (May 2021), PATH had received more than $2.5bn from BMGF.

In 2009, PATH carried out a project to administer the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine. The project’s aim was, in PATH’s own words, “to generate and disseminate evidence for informed public sector introduction of HPV vaccines”. It was conducted in four countries: India, Uganda, Peru and Vietnam. Another Gates-funded organization, Gavi, had originally been considered to run the project, but responsibility was ultimately delegated to PATH. The project was directly funded by BMGF.

Significantly, each of the countries selected for the project had a different ethnic population and each had a state-funded national immunisation program. The use of different ethnic groups in the trial allowed for comparison of the effects of the vaccine across diverse population groups (ethnicity being a factor in the safety and efficacy of certain drugs).

Human beings are just cattle to Gates and his ilk.

Yes. And Bill wants to reduce the size of his herd to a much smaller, controllable number.

It's infuriating that Bill Gates is able to weild the CDC against the American public. The CDC has a Foundation to which Bill Gates is the largest donor. The CDC is Bill's 'front office' to enact the 'culling of the herd' using, in part, taxpayer funds.

Bill Gates, George Soros and others are driving the CDC's medical Tyranny with Private Donations to CDC Foundation. We have to reject the CDC to free ourselves.

I appreciate the points made, but the term “anti-vaxxers” is way too easily tossed around. Just because an individual reasonably asks for cost/benefit of having something injected into his body doesn’t mean he is across the board against ALL vaccines. Duh! And turns out that conspiracies very often are later uncovered by said “conspiracy theorists” as truth, or are forced to be preemptively revealed by perpetrators.

And best lol of all: “respected mainstream media” 🤣

Project Bioshield I and II

Project Bioshield legislation uses market enhancement mechanisms to stimulate development of bioterror countermeasures for 57 diagnostics, vaccines and therapeutic products prioritized by the Defense Science Board in the United States. Enacted in 2003, Bioshield provided for: • Spending authority of nearly $6 billion for the procurement of qualifying countermeasures available in five years.25 • Greater authority of NIH and NIAID to award R&D grants and contracts and to hire technical experts. • FDA emergency-use authorization—for example, to waive licensing requirements if a product is needed in an emergency where alternatives are not available.

A feature of the original design of Project Bioshield is that it established spending authority generally without committing to a particular price for the product. This reduces the certainty of returns to the producer: once a product has been developed, the U.S. government would still have an incentive to bargain for a low price. Moreover, the budgetary authority expires after five years, even though it is likely to take longer to develop new products. Accordingly, the reaction of industry has been mixed. In interviews with pharmaceutical and biotech companies the Working Group found support for the need for explicit market creation, but also a widespread feeling that the proposals in the legislation had not gone far enough to achieve this.

Congress is now considering a further piece of legislation, Project Bioshield II, to create incentives to encourage research including in infectious diseases, which could include tax credits, intellectual property incentives, “wild card” patents (allowing companies to recover their R&D costs by extending the patent on a different product) and liability protection.

There are other nuggets in that publication, but that above is what jumped out in a quick scan of the document, including a reference at the end of that document to a piece co-authored by A.S. Fauci entitled,

“The Need for a Global HIV Vaccine Enterprise.”

It appears that Fauci et al have been incentivizing vaccine development and testing upon unsuspecting populations, all justified under the banner greater good with a corresponding fiscal benefit to many stakeholders.

I seem to recall a movie/book plot about a virus release for which a vaccine was predeveloped for mass market profit in the wake of the pandemic. I also seem to recall various citations of population reduction by Gates et al. I also seem to recall studies which projected the fiscal disaster looming not only for the US with an aging Boomer population, but for countries like China as well.
