We know of a 50 something age wise upper middle management guy who has over 100 employees with company smart phones.
He would like a 24/7 jammer to be working from 8:30 am to 6 pm on every company phone while on company property.
I had a neighbor once who would go outside in the courtyard of our apt building and start talking loud on her cell phone. It was usually around 10pm. Another guy who would leave his front door open and talk on his cell phone while leaning on the door frame so everyone could enjoy. Then there are those in the lines at the store who cannot shut up for the few minutes to check out. I have seen signs in stores at the checkouts that say no cell phones so you know it has to be a problem.

Years ago when my car was in the shop, there was this one woman across the street on her cell phone very loudly. she was 100 feet away and I could clearly here every incoherent word including liberal use of the effenheimer and other verbal gems. If this was decades ago, she would have been considered a mental patient. No, this was a ghettopotamus. In lovely suburban woke Eagan Minnesota.
Some people just never developed an indoor voice. A few thousand more years of evolving away from the Serengeti should do it.
I have an iPhone and T-Mobile. Conversations are mostly “Can you hear me now? How about now? How’s this? Sorry, I’m getting every fifth word. Now you’re underwater. That’s better...hold it. What? Repeat that! I heard “mffgs....zxxxrttu” again. Say again!”
From my very first Motorola StartTAC in 1999, cell phone service has been crap and it’s gotten far worse.
I talk loud because I know the technology works better when I yell at it and show it who is the boss.

As a Person of Pallor I have been ill treated by Persons of Color several times - harassed, bullied, ripped off, and assaulted.
Was it because I’m white? It was mentioned some of the times. I don’t care. Their behavior was wrong regardless of their motivations. And behavior should be punished, not inferred motive.
I had a cell jammer in Hong Kong. It was lots of fun.
I was in a restaurant and some idiot lady was on her speaker phone with some other woman gossiping about someone’s cancer diagnosis.
It was sickening.
