Used to be breakfast was the most substantial meal of the day, with eggs, meat, butter, fruit, yogurt.

Mine still is substantial relative to other meals. I just don't eat a whole lot. This morning I made Johnny Cakes with two eggs, and had a peach. I kept it to one peach, although I could have easily eaten several. I'm not sure where these peaches came from so early in the season, but they they are the best I have had in several years.
