I would arest the judge for hipaa law violations

He has zero authority to demand an answer

My answer would be, FOAD, color of law tyrant.

HIPAA doesn’t grant any such authority. So no, you wouldn’t arrest for a HIPAA violation.

I concur with you. Still he did have the right to have her remove herself from the court. As far as the defendants go, I can’t be sure what might be the legal reality there.
