She was responsible for the prisoners and he ordered her to leave, so the correct thing for her to do was to take the prisoners with her.
It’s none of his business if she was vaccinated.
If he is, he shouldn’t be worried.
The prisoners were in her custody. She leaves, they leave. I’ve had similar situations with state prisoners when I was a Corrections officer. I had a hospital nurse supervisor try to flex on me and tell me an officer could not be with the prisoner during a surgical procedure. So I informed her we were leaving to go to another hospital. She then tried to tell us we couldn’t leave with the prisoner. So I pulled out my phone. I told her “you call your supervisor, I’ll call mine. Let’s see who’s right”. I make the call. She comes back 5 minutes later, all dejected and butthurt and says “let me show you where the scrubs are. Never had a problem with her ever again.
