Being told by some probate judge that you must honor contractual obligations, or you will be in contempt of Court. Likely her own lawyer has told her the only way to end this "guardianship" is to cooperate. Her father has complete control over her money, and can use her own money to drag her into Court and impose increasingly difficult restrictions on her, unless she'd prefer being in prison, or more likely, involutarily housed in a mental institution. I don’t know much about the head shaving event but there was a photographer on scene (no other way to get those photos since the job is done in a matter of minutes).

Those photos allegedly made something like a million dollars in publishing rights that year alone.

Was there a split 60/40 between them?

Was it to eliminate hair as evidence drug testing (wasn’t she in a custody dispute at the time)?
Was it for publicity/at the urging of a publicist?
Was it a cry for attention?

I don’t know why celebrities do things but usually it’s because someone tells them they should do it.
