Roger Stone, Michael Cohen (Trump's attorney) and the Jan 6 protesters are recent examples.
After the release of the Mueller Report, Trump's DOJ should have IMMEDIATELY arrested dozens of people - from Schiff, Nadler, Comey and Clinton, to Zuckerburg, Dorsey, others. For abuse of power (FISA, Section 230, campaign violations), treason, defrauding the public.
Instead - we haven't even gotten the Durham report......
I think the problem is that a “Trump DOJ” never really existed. Starting from the top down, those two turncoats he selected to head up the agency never worked on behalf of Trump or his policies.

Arresting Trump would be an enormous plus for our side. It will galvanize Americans like nothing else could.
Trump would not be convicted. He likely won’t even be fined. I see him turning the tables on Vance causing Vance to resign after dropping the bullsh*t charges.

That would be a foolish political move. It would only arouse more support for him. There are Trump-like proxies being readied to run in his place anyway.
If you want to win, though, some of the crazy talk needs to stop. Most conservatives aren’t really buying it. It’s embarrassing, counterproductive and could lead to more losses (e.g., Georgia runoff elections and the necessity of holding the line for the Second Amendment).
Ron Desantis will tell the feds and NY to pound sand if they issue an arrest warrant for Trump. And 10,000 angry rednecks with ARs will show up to guard him.
