If they are built with a full frame support at ground level and no parking garage, they should have avoided the constant air contact with the pillars.
Take all the parking garages and almost completely enclose them, keeping much of the salt air away from the supporting elements.
Should be easy enough to identify which 40+ years old buildings are structurally viable.
