Also, this is not Trump’s lawsuit. This is a class action lead by Trump. Tens of thousands can join seeking damages.

This will be an interesting case. Normally government can’t entice a 3rd party to do what government itself is prohibited from doing. The enticement is exemption from liability for otherwise prohibited actions. Somewhat like government exempting a private school from liability for excluding minority students.
The Florida Democratic Party of 1943 was a fine private organization.
Southern gentlemen and ladies worked hard to ensure that quality people were nominated to serve the people of Florida and the United States.
And there is no finer person than a Southern gentleman.
Just because some ignorant Yankees refused to do some serious thinking was no reason for a federal court to meddle in the affairs of a private organization.
I trust President Trump wins his law suit and gets plenty of donations for his 2024 election campaign.
