Not that I agree with the premise of this post at all, though I will engage in the ‘what if’ for fun.
We have tons of knowledge, you’d have the tools, etc. Agree... you couldn’t perform open heart surgery for the masses, but the average person knows far more about heart health today than a doc from say 1870. We would be far, far more advanced than back to square 1.
