Three guys attempt to steal a catalytic converter. Unfortunately for them, a modern-day Berserker with a baseball bat shows up.
Last time I checked, Prius was an electric car with no catalytic converter.

Maybe having police that do nothing but document thefts and other crimes might not be an entirely Bad Thing. This sort of thing may even become a sport. It will give young people something productive to do. I was very angry when I found out that some cities have banned “bait cars”.

Seattle? Probably. I came up from the rear passenger side, driver was scrambling to get back in. I had the scattergun aimed in front of the passenger, so when the driver punched it, he went right through the kill zone. I yelled “I got your tag, m*****f*****!” Cops had their address and mine, caught them going the other way as they were responding to the call. Took my report over the phone, and thanked me for not shooting the punks.

If I'm not mistaken, the plug in Prius is still a hybrid, the first model years were, not sure about currently - NPI. For those in Rio Linda, hybrid means it has a gasoline engine and electric motor, hence the term 'hybrid'.
