I had stones up to 2 cm in size so I think our issue is a bit different. I was never going to pass them. if you have small stones you might be able to get them to flush out with the right diet and cleansing.

I feel better about taking probiotics now. I started years ago after getting a narsty case of the flu. I think it was the H1N1. Haven't had the flu since.
Now I combine that with food-based vitamins (Wellify), extra zinc, vitamin D3, and Quercetin.
