Tell me how the spike protein gets into cells away from the injection site when those cells don’t have an ACE2 receptor, and/or when the spike protein created at the behest of the mRNA has two consecutive prolines so it can bind with the ACE2 receptor but not enter the cell...

You tell us - since that isn't even part of the process. The protein doesn't "enter" a cell in the vaccination process.
