"An Eight-ounce cup of espresso has about 95 mg."
Pointless. Nobody drinks an "eight ounce cup of Espresso". That would be like drinking an 8 ounce cup of gin or vodka. Espresso is had in VERY small quantities, unless it is watered down, which is no longer Espresso.

Espresso has 63 mg of caffeine in 1 ounce (the amount in one shot), according to Department of Agriculture nutrition data. Regular coffee, by contrast, has 12 to 16 mg of caffeine in every ounce, on average. That means that ounce for ounce, espresso has more caffeine.

That would be like drinking an 8 ounce cup of gin or vodka That's silly. Every one knows that you drink 2 4oz glasses of vodka or gin, not 1 8 oz glass; unless you are an alcoholic that is.
