Seems to be written by someone not accustomed to the English language. I see where it could be in certain sentences a translation mistake. My guess is it’s a Chinese person writing in English.

My guess is it’s a Chinese person writing in English.It's a Chinese with a speech impediment dictating to a hard-of-hearing Italian, then copy-edited by a dyslexic Pole.
