To quit smoking try ecigs, no tar or chemicals, no smell, nicotine yes BUT it is much better for you!! I smoked cigarettes for 30 years and ecigs got me off of cigarettes with no problem!!! OMG my house is SO CLEAN now no yellow film or smell anywhere ecigs are AWSOME!!!
