Right you are. Those folks, by and large, believed Biden when he said that Kabul was safe. Those folks were naive. But they still need, and deserve, our prayers.

Anybody that believes Biden (or anybody working in 'his' administration), is either naive, or dumb, or lying.
Like Robert Gates said, Biden has been wrong on all foreign policy decisions, his entire life.
Besides, neither Biden nor the democratic party, are concerned about foreign affairs. They're focusing on the fundamental transformation of the country into a socialist/communist state. Obama celebrated his birthday, but the real reason for bringing in so many of his loyal followers and admiring celebrities, was to celebrate the ongoing movement of the country towards socialism, which was always his dream. Biden is simply Obama's third term, trying to finish the job started by Obama.

The whole world is going to get a good look at this tragedy if there are hundreds of journalists trapped in Kabul. Serious stuff. I assume some are Americans.
