I mentioned this in a tech forum months ago. Every printer in the world that’s been manufactured since the early 2000s has this “feature” built in. Not sure why it wasn’t considered previously.

What matters is that everyone is allowed to vote. Someone printed a ballot somewhere to make sure that everyone had a ballot. Pshh! So what if it was printed thousands of times!
