Exactly. Just a 'good' lawyer would know this much:

Invitation is an absolute defense to Federal Trespass.

Everyone in this crowd is absolutely Not Guilty of Federal Trespass, and if anyone in this crowd simply stood outside the Capital, they are INNOCENT of any and all charges.
