Make all the noise you want to about masks the judges get the final say and you are not free.

And this definitely includes the "Red States".

Politics and elections mean nothing with the judicial tyranny waiting in the wings.

>>Mai stated in her ruling that if SB 658 pertained to private and public schools equally, then “the hearing would’ve been two minutes long and the law would stand.”

Seems an easy thing for the legislature to fix. Why not ban mask mandates across the board?

an·os·mi·a
/aˈnäzmēə,aˈnäsmēə/:
is the loss of the sense of smell, either total or partial. It may be caused by head injury, infection, or blockage of the nose.

How much Covid an·os·mi·a do, we suffer from the moment we have to wear a mask to when we finally take the mask off, and not even being infected with Covid 19.

How is Covid an·os·mi·a do, negatively impacting our children from pre school through college due to having to wear masks and not even being infected with Covid 19.

How is Covid an·os·mi·a do, negatively impacting adults, who have to wear a mask during work and maybe commuting and not even being infected with Covid 19.

Is Covid an·os·mi·a do reverseable after wearing a mask for a long time?

How long does it take to be normal re sense of smell a after Covid 19 mask does not own your body/nose/sense of smell?

With the exception of school nurse for example, teachers and administration are presumably not medically trained. And since parents probably have more combined voting power than teachers (union) and administration, the judge should at least let majority voting parents decide mask policy imo.

And if non-elected local government health official, nurse for example, is dictating mask policy, then at least make health officer position electable and recallable by popular vote.

Oklahoma and Tulsa counties are not a good representative of the states other 75 counties. Oklahoma is very conservative outside of the two areas.
