There is no way someone presents at a hospital with any sign of COVID and is not tested right away.
I went to ER a few months ago gor breathing problems, they never tested me. I am oddly persuasive so they thought ut was a heart issue, they kept me overnight & found an enlarged aorta, & gave me new inhaler for COPD. I did not want tested for covid as I was afraid I would die from treatment...
The article reads he was fully vaccinated. That is probably why he was not tested.
