Thought I would post this as this case has a happy ending. They eventually caught this punk and if you can believe it, he was murdered in jail by his cellmate...........

Dang, the officer puts cuffs on the girl and, while doing so, turns his back to the direction the perp drove off. He should have brought her to the side of his car, had her put her hands on the hood, and kept facing the roadway all the time.
This happened years ago. I watched that video back when it happened.
