Someone with legal knowledge should join the tread. Isn’t it illegal to give someone a pharmaceutical agent without their knowledge? Clearly if you eat food you expect calories, vitamins and minerals, but not a drug?
Laws only apply to the servant class. The law does not apply to the elite class.

What if a scientist could combine THC from Marijuana with the chemicals from Magic Mushrooms and grow it in a plant? Talk about Soma. I wonder how many back yard gardens would be growing such a blend of ingredients?!
