My white son was hired by a major grocery distributor as a QA analyst. An experienced black analyst was hired concurrently because his resume indicated he had certain cloud-based skills. After a few weeks the black employee was fired due to poor work performance. My son was retained because of his work ethic and innovative insights.
The left would consider this “racist”. Race had nothing to do with the firing. It was based solely upon the “content of character” or lack thereof.
(I forgot to add: my son is an ASU Polytechnic graduate.)
