Your chart is in oC. Looking at the depth in meters, it would be 10 years before a 2 meter depth cools to boiling point of water.

With the house surrounded by lava, they're going to need a kicking A/C system.

Chart does not account for rain cooling (a bigger factor) as it just addresses radiant cooling and I did say 200C in a year. Surrounding depth does not look meters. 1/2 meter or so to perhaps a meter. Still a massive thermal mass. Either way... very very toasty. Serious in floor radiant heating. ;-)

What shocked me is the trees around the house are still green. Weird to say the least.
