I’m pretty sure there was a story a few months ago about this same craft being transported on a flatbed truck going down the highway...too lazy tonite to look for it tho
That was an F-117. Some are being decommissioned and destroyed, others are in active service as red aggressors. The Nighthawks no longer have the sensitive stealth coatings (not the same ones, anyway), and their existence is no longer classified, of course.
This is a very different approach to stealth and aerodynamics. Fits the idea of the next-generation (NG) fighter or bomber perfectly.
