20-time Grand Slam winner Novak Djokovic will miss the Aussie Open if he doesn’t get Vaccinated.
Djokovic has been vocal in his stance against mandatory Vaccination.

I was thinking more along the lines of how much attention this would divert from the Lockdown Open if he appears where people would truly appreciate it and their town would benefit from it, especially if he did it for a charitable purpose. The build-up would be great! What an opportunity!
Why would athletes from free countries want to play in a place they will lose two weeks of their life to house arrest even if they comply with the vaccine mandate, and going outside to breathe fresh air gets one a police beating, fined thousands of dollars, and deported. I hope they all tell the North Korea of the southern hemisphere to shove their propaganda tournament.
