Here are two videos from a youtuber who calls himself Sv3rige. The videos are separated by 3 months.
In the first, Sv3rige tells us to reject the morality and the slavery of religion. Warming: The video is laced with profanity.
In the second video, Sv3rige is going through a personal crisis where his girlfriend (who he professes to love but she has deep emotional issues) is refusing him contact with his son.

When you reject God, and no one is around when you are down, then you really are alone in the world. Suggest to him that he find God that he so fervently rejects.

Interesting and ironic that in the second video he pleads “Oh my God” several times.
Yes, I noticed that.
After looking at the first video, I realized the source of his problems.
He wants to live “in the moment”, which means you don’t worry about tomorrow, or more importantly about the consequence that you will be faced with tomorrow due to the choices you make today - a denial or dismissal of cause and effect.
This “live in the moment” crap is the height of irresponsible behavior which invariably leads to untold suffering.
In reality we mostly live in the future. For the vast majority of us the choices we make this moment are dictated by our expectations of what those choices will produce in the future.
It’s all about the pursuit of happiness, as each one of us defines that.
Yeah, but atheists do the that when they are overcome by some traumatic event in their lives. So, I assume it really means nothing to them in reality.
