On Thursday afternoon, September 30, at 3:45 PM Eastern, the 40 to 60 agents from the FBI, DOJ and local police raided retired Army Ranger Jeremy Brown’s home and arrested Jeremy in Florida. The charge was misdemanor trespassing from an event he attended 10 months earlier. We were notified by his family and an attorney following the raid.
The FBI searched Jeremy’s home, RV, and trailer. And then they arrested Jeremy and took him away.
His family contacted The Gateway Pundit the next morning.
Jeremy Brown NEVER entered the US Capitol on January 6. His crime was refusing to be an FBI informant — as we described previously.
On Wednesday Jeremy Brown called The Gateway Pundit from his jail cell in Pinellas County Florida. We spoke for 20 minutes.
This was an amazing interview – please take time to listen to Jeremy’s phone call below.

If we ever have a fair election again, we need to disband the Federal Bureau of Incrimination And Sedition (FBIAS)
Jailed for misdemeanor trespassing. Murderers are out of jail the next day in some areas.
So the corrupt federal “justice” system feels that the worst crime is to be near the Capitol when some are breaking in, and to be a member of a group with a name that scares democrats.
The country is in a totalitarian dictatorship.
The Communist Tyranny Is Growing Exponentially & Absolutely Nothing Is Being Done About It!
In most states, most misdemeanors have to be cited and released “as soon as practicable”. In California, you would ordinarily not even transport the suspect to jail unless you couldn’t get a positive ID on the guy. You would just cite him out in the field and send him on his way.
This is way over the top.
Whoa? You act as this is something new. I would encourage you to look at Randy Weaver/Ruby Ridge, an event that the so called "patriots" of the time did nothing. So much for molon labe.
Raided for a misdemeanor?
Misdemeanor: a nonindictable offense, regarded in the US (and formerly in the UK) as less serious than a felony.
There are supposed to be laws against excessive force and excessive punishment.

It can’t happen here has happened here.
And nothing will be done about it.
He could’ve been an ANTIFA plant for all I know… As was the prevailing view here on our FR here after the incident into days, weeks, and months afterwards that this was a False Flag set up framing MAGA… Let him twist in the wind and get a few weeks jail time and a fine and a police record as far as I’m concerned.
A search warrant for a home 900 miles away based on trespassing? I can not believe that would hold-up in court. As far as I am concerned, what happened in DC was fully justified and should have been more. What they are doing to these Americans is a crime against all Americans. I better stop there.
What happened to you man?
You side with totalitarianism and despotism now.
The FBI is the old East German Stasi come back from the dead. There was one agent for every 166 citizens. This is a horror movie come alive in America in 2021. No federal election in the USA will never be fair and square again, or anything related to the federal government period. But have no fear if you are queer.
Almost sounds as if they were trying to trigger an armed conflict.
I’m floored he is STILL IN JAIL! That’s the only crime I see.
Certainly looks & sounds that way...
Their MO is to use overwhelming force to avoid armed conflict.
One of these days they will miscalculate.
We can hope this one stays in Japan and that other one from Berlin stays in Germany.
