Virginia Tech is moving to drop the hammer on ‘inappropriate and embarrassing’ student behavior after viral chants of “[bleep] Joe Biden” spread across the country.
It all started last month when co-eds attending the Virginia Tech game began chanting “[bleep] Joe Biden
This is the part that disturbs me because it likely has nothing to do with line jumping...
“...Virginia Tech Police Department will deploy law enforcement officers and security personnel in Lane Stadium to support a positive and safe fan experience....”
In the stadium, not outside or at the gates.

Looks like fraudulent tucket sales, line jumping will be used as the excuse to fill the stadiums with fuzz in order to deter free speech.
The unis are just too smart to put that part in writing.
Add Alabama, Michigan, Iowa to the list in the last four weeks, citing the fake ticket sales thing...
It’s screaming for that...and they will.
It’s telling though - universities imposing themselves on those being rebellious. I don’t think it will unfold as they (uni’s) like.

3. Nothing embarrassing or inappropriate about the cheer. Very appropriate to say the least.
At some point in time, on a planet long ago, someone would have said “Those darn frat boys have no class!”
A lot of people involved in this across the country were having fun for the first time two years. They knew not to use the whole word. It would have been like plagiarizing the Democrat handbook or shoplifting at Walgreens. Who would do that?

I believe language was/is only part of it. After the Notre Dame game, they learned that students were using lasers to temporarily blind the FG kicker at the game that night.
Yep. The only thing that makes college students want more of something is to tell them they can’t have it.
“Now hear this: Fans are only allowed to cheer for the home team and only when a TD occurs. Fans are banned from making any other noise and at any other point in time during the game. Violation of this mandate will result in jail time or worse.”
The NCAA will just make it a penalty and award 7 points to the visiting team.
A video from this past weekend showed a crowd chanting, “Lets go Biden”.
