Gabapentin is the friggin worst thing I ever took. I have an autoimmune disease (CIDP) caused by a flu shot in 1999. Still have it. My kids all work for government contractors. They won’t take the jab basically because of what a jab did to me. Things are bleak.
Young, beautiful women don’t stay that way forever. And when it starts to fade some can’t handle it.
A shame she declined physically so much. I enjoyed her in the Whitesnake video and in those made for TV Hercules movies.
Cocaine doesn’t cause myocarditis. But it can make it far worse. I don’t know if she ever had addiction issues but Hollywood was awash in cocaine in the 80’s.

That's true, but in her case she pursued a lifestyle that pretty much guaranteed a short shelf life.

Months? No years. Because it didn’t start out as CIDP. It for the first year was constant hives caused by various food ingestion. Then I took my kids on a long woods hike and could barely walk the next day. Went to various doctors over the next few years. Say 3-4 years before the diagnosis. My neurologist knows nothing really. He is my fourth or fifth neurologist. Useless. He fills my prescriptions. All he’s good for.

I am going to do my own research. Order whatever tests i think might be helpful from direct labs if the rheumotologist doesnt order them....and not let the idiots tell me no.
Btw..for some diseases you can get free genetic testing sponsored by big pharma. Many do not require diagnosis.

but i care more about figuring out what is wrong than drug makers having my DNA. It also can help target what drug might help

After 20+ years I have muscle weakness. It’s called atrophy. For years I was on a mild opioid until I realized the pain of withdrawal was worse than the pain of the disease. It took me 4 months to withdraw. I haven’t had any in almost a year now. (They kept checking me for Lyme diseases titer….always zero. You might want to check that. That’s a main cause)
I no longer eat wheat, dairy, beans, shellfish. Let’s just say I only eat meat and green vegetables, potatoes and rice. Most else exacerbates the problem.
