I got a couple of questions. Why was there life ammo around in the first place? What would they need life ammo for on the movie set in the first place?
Why would he point the gun at a none actor or some one not acting or participating in the movie, in this case the Cinematographer, was he just clowning around, on top of it pulling he trigger.
And by the way I have nothin against guns as I possess several.
[[Why would he point the gun at a none actor or some one not acting or participating in the movie,]]
The scene ‘could have’ called for pointing the gun at the camera- However- there are ways to do that so the camera person is to endangered from what i understand- There is a strict procedure for doing it apparently-
That’s Life.
I have several myself at the bottom of a lake somewhere but this asshole is not getting off.
He shot a woman in the gut.
Not even in the picture.
Lock him up.

There were ‘disgruntled’ union boys (as if there are any other type of union boys), so having a means to ‘respond’ to them makes sense to me. But yea, it still should have been totally separate from the set (’set’ is a show-biz term).
On earlier threads it was mentioned that “live” ammo was not permitted on site. It was also mentioned that some crew members went out for target practice earlier ( when was not mentioned)
