I am cutting out the grains and feel a lot healthier.
I have also. Whole grain causes sever intestinal trouble for me.
My family has all become healthier after cutting carbs. My husband has been full keto for four years now and has never been healthier. My diet is more fish and poultry, veggies, berries and 2 servings of carbs/day - either rice or potato, no processed food and and no seed oil!
My 19 year old who has epilepsy and hypoglycemia does so much better on Keto, but he comes off of it once a week because he cannot maintain his weight. He just does not eat enough on keto, and does not like cheese and nuts which would help him keep some weight on.
He is attempting to come off epilepsy meds, under his neurologist’s supervision and has had zero issues so far except for the other day when he ate pizza. He said it made all the spasms and auras come back that night. His neuro says he has some children who are only controlling their epilepsy with keto.
